PGA TOUR Origins: Christo Lamprecht – Tall OrderApril 4, 2024Georgia Tech Senior, Christo Lamprecht, has made a name for himself through PGA TOUR University, as well as the global amateur ranks, thanks to his win at The Amateur in 2023, which qualified him to test his game on the major stage at The Open, where he held the lead after Round One. At 6’8” tall, Lamprecht’s lofty goals exceed his towering frame, which he uses to his advantage with a unique playing style that he crafted in George, South Africa, an area rich with golf history. We trace back to those roots, and the courses and people who helped mold him into the competitor he is, including a South African golf legend who hopes to see Christo meet the “Tall Order” of expectations and earn his PGA TOUR membership at seasons end.

PGA TOUR Origins: Callum Tarren – All Roads Lead Home November 14, 2023 While the majority of golfers who play the PGA TOUR reside in the United States, Callum Tarren has stayed true to his hometown of Darlington, England. Regularly making the trans-Atlantic flight for work, travel is the norm for Tarren, who attended college in the U.S., and then won the Order of Merit on PGA TOUR China which earned him status back in America on the Korn Ferry TOUR.
